Fair Practice Code

Kredilo and its RBI-registered NBFC lending partner are committed to fair, transparent and responsible lending.

1. Transparency

All fees, interest, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and total repayment are disclosed upfront in a Key Fact Statement before you accept any loan. There are no hidden charges.

2. No coercive practices

We do not engage in harassment or coercive recovery. Collection is carried out with dignity and only during permissible hours, in accordance with RBI guidelines.

3. Data & consent

We collect only the data required to provide the service, with your explicit consent, and never sell it. You may withdraw consent subject to loan obligations.

4. No prepayment penalty

You may repay early, in part or in full, at any time with zero prepayment penalty.

5. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. If unresolved within the prescribed period, you may escalate to the lending partner's Nodal Officer and, thereafter, to the RBI Ombudsman under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.
